While the staff was polite and the service was completed quickly, the diagnosis did not feel thorough. I was given a general explanation without a detailed inspection report or clear breakdown of the issue. After the service, the problem was not resolved. In fact, I continued to notice vibrations, poor handling, and unusual sounds when turning or driving over bumps. These are critical safety concerns, especially when it comes to steering and suspension systems, which directly affect vehicle control and stability. What was most frustrating was the lack of proper communication and transparency. I expected a more in-depth inspection, possibly including checks on components like tie rods, control arms, struts, or alignment. Instead, the service felt rushed, and I did not receive confidence that the root cause was properly identified or fixed. Given the importance of these systems, I would strongly recommend that anyone experiencing steering or suspension issues seek a second opinion from a specialized mechanic or a dedicated auto repair shop. While Jiffy Lube may be convenient for basic services like oil changes, more complex mechanical problems require detailed diagnostics and experienced handling. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, or safety. I hope improvements are made in diagnostic procedures and customer communication, especially for critical repairs like steering and suspension.

  I was not aware that Jiffy Lube offered other services like Tire Rotations until I heard those other offers made to other customers, but was never made to me.
