  I called Enterprise Rent a Car in St Stephen two weeks in advance spoke to Jack and booked a car from Friday August 18 to Monday August 21. We agreed on the phone on the rental price for this period and that I will come on Friday at 4 pm and pay and get a car. I even called the second time to make sure it is next Friday and not coming Friday. When the day to get a car came I walked into the office and Jack was there but he looked surprised and did not remember me and my booking. He did not find my booking in the computer system and other people booked cars so no car was available fir me. When i said that I called and we agreed on the phone he said "I receive many calls i don't remember". When I reminded him that I live practically in his backyard (very close to the office) he remembered that we talked on the phone. I asked if he he forgot to put my name in the system and he said "I am sorry" and offered me a lift. He also said I didn't confirm. I said he didn't ask me to confirm. He said come to the office on Fiday at 4 pm and that was it. I did not get a car that I booked on the phone two weeks in advance and that is my first experience with this company and this location.
