    The location on Crown Street in Saint John NB had exceptional service! Most especially I would like to highlight the exceptional service and thoroughness of Colin MacDonald! He was patient explaining all the features of the rental as well as go out of his way to help solve a question we had - follow-up during our rental was also a surprise and quality you don't find very often with other rental companies - would definitely recommend this location, and should we ever be back here, we would rent directly from this location!

    Thanks to the 10 Crown St Enterprise team! I was heading home to Halifax, and noticed what must have been a slow leak from my tire, with the tire pressure decreasing. Was worried about making it back home without problems. Within minutes they had me on my way in a new vehicle. No fuss or bother. Really appreciate their service!! Thank-you!!

    I have had the most wonderful experience here every-time I go, I comeback with satisfaction and deep understanding of how businesses should operate. Big kudos to management team, I don't have the name of manager but remember assistant manager named Jesse. The whole staff is wonderful, respectful and customer focused. I recommend this location to everyone.

    Had a 8 day rental from Enterprise on Crown Street, Saint John, NB. Jesse was awesome. Overall experience was great. Although, I do wish daily prices were lower. Unlimited mileage is also a great Enterprise feature!
