They never have the right vehicle or a vehicle similar to my vehicle and they say that I have to live in a bigger city for that which is discrimination and not fair instead of a similar vehicle to mine they wanna put me in a tiny little Lunchbox Mazda.

I was very pleased with car rental service at Saint John Enterprise. They were very efficient and courteous. I was on the road in no time for my excursion. Returning the vehicle was also quick and convenient.

"I had a fantastic experience renting a vehicle here, largely thanks to the incredible customer service provided by the agent Divine Tissera. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, welcoming, efficient, and transparent about the paperwork and vehicle options. My SUV was spotless, modern, and ready to go just in time for our son's wedding that same day (Sept 12th) ! Divine went above and beyond to make the pickup and drop-off process completely seamless. I am a broker and travel frequently, this is one of the best experiences I have had to date. Thank you Divine, your service was top notch! We truly appreciate it! Excellent service all around—I would gladly rent from this location again!" Hope to see you on our next trip out at Christmas to Saint John......Tina & Scott from Vancouver BC

From the start, Ola was incredibly hospitable and welcoming even though they were really busy. Had car trouble and they upgraded to a hybrid which worked well for us! Returning the vehicle was a breeze even though they were slammed by folks not returning on time and even gave us a ride back to the hotel which was appreciated! Highly recommend Ola and the friendly staff! Thank you!
