- MTMargaret ThatcherAug 13, 20261.0Very frustrating customer service experience. CAA arranged a rental vehicle for me as part of resolving a vehicle claim, and I called this Enterprise location simply to clarify what amount would actually be placed on my personal credit card at pickup. Instead of answering that straightforward question, I repeatedly received explanations about how rental deposits are “standard” and comparisons to hotel deposits. I understood the concept perfectly well. What I was asking was how much money Enterprise intended to authorize on my card and exactly what the arrangement with CAA covered. I ultimately had to repeatedly redirect the conversation before being told there would be a $200 authorization on my card. My issue is not that Enterprise has policies or requires deposits. My issue is the way a very simple question was handled. I found the conversation unnecessarily repetitive, dismissive and condescending, and I spent considerably more time than should have been necessary trying to obtain a basic answer. When someone asks a direct financial question about what will be placed on their credit card, they deserve a direct answer — not a lecture about how hotel deposits work. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Vehicles at this spot are great. I am not always the best with the new tech on some cars, and they always help. I rent here very often. Thank you!
