The woman at the desk upsold me on insurance but didn't show me anything about the charges, just had me look at the back of an iPad and take my credit card. I had time before my flight so I checked in with the people working then. They told me I hadn't bought the insurance. Despite that my bill was $100+ more than my confirmation (What kind of incentives does Alamo have to upsell???). The guys couldn't explain why. So I spent the weekend thinking I had insurance, driving without it and was still charged for it. Not happy about it. Two stars only because the guys at the desk when I returned had good customer service, reversed the charges and seemed genuinely confused about it.
