  I called Enterprise to ask about a rental car while my truck was being serviced. I would need it for about 10 days because of the weekend and a holiday. They told me that they would charge me $2000 plus taxes and so on. I could buy a used vehicle for less than that. So I didn’t take it. I told the guy on the phone that they lost my business, I am able to get around without a vehicle so they lost whatever fair price I would have paid for this rental and any future rental that I would be needing.

  I like the friendly, positive atmosphere of the office. The staff is extremely helpful, very accommodating and easy to talk with. My granddaughter forgot her cellphone on the car I returned and the staff was kind enough to put it away til I was able to get it back. We were very thankful for that. 😊
