  The team at both pick‑up and return were genuinely pleasant and welcoming, which made the whole process feel effortless. The car itself was brand new, spotless, and in perfect working condition.

  I wanted to give the car rental place and shout out to Ashely who was fantastic during my rental and returning rental!!! 5 STAR car was perfect! I was unfortunately in an accident during my rental time and dealing with Todd the Manager at this department was not 5 star service. He was asking me to report claims which my province would not allow me to do and when I followed up with him his response was “in my 30 years in this business I have never seen this…..I am going to follow up with your insurance company and call you back……..which I had to call him twice to follow up in 6 days as he never returned my call. The first time I called back he told me “I was busy and actually forgot about this and dud t call them”. The second time when I clarified with him once I got it all sorted out and that I did NOT need to make a claim he offered no apology and hung up mid conversation on me when I called to correct HIS errors of what he was wanting me do. COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting behaviour from a manager as a customer service representative.

  I'm not sure if the Alamo staff are the same as the Enterprise staff at the Moncton Airport location but Ashley was the most amazing person to deal with. She remembered my name when I returned the vehicle, asked how my trip was, asked if I finally got my delayed luggage and remembered that I was going to still be in Moncton for a few days. This was important for when she called me to let me know I had forgotten my glasses the following day. You don't always get that kind of service . I wish all customer service reps were as amazing as she was. Give her a raise and keep her forever. She does the company proud.

  Alamo was very easy to deal with. Staff were pleasant and helpful. They reassured me when I found damage on the car and were very understanding. I upgraded my rental upon pick up to something fancier for a fair price and was so happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks for everything!
