    Patricia is a gem. Vehicle was spotless and on time. She called later in the day to inquire how I liked it, and afterwards, to see if I enjoyed the rental experience. Definitely an improvement from my previous experiences with Bathurst branch.

    Was not at all impressed with my rental from Enterprise, Bathurst. My rental did not include a spare, only a patch kit: This did not help us when the tire blew and we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere for 4 hours until our daughter came to pick us up. We also rented a mid size and was given a compact. The same daughter rented from them previously and found the vehicle with an oil change message. Strongly recommend rent elsewhere.

    Insurance supplied us with a vehicle from Enterprise and it was a smooth transaction. Clean vehicle, well maintained. Thanks for the great service.

    I had a car rental booked since early November for a SUV approved from my insurance . The guy who picked me up at carstar, tried to tell me that my insurance only approved a sedan, which was false. So disappointed in the service, especially when it was Booker weeks before today.
