  I don't know how this happened, but it was a disappointment to rent from here. I went with my elderly mom (who is on a budget) to rent a car for her while she was visiting. The branch manager Gabriela was helping us. My mom and I verbally confirmed with Gabriela both the daily rate at $34 (which I remember because I exclaimed wow Mom that's so much cheaper than the airport rates we were looking at!) and the rental dates 2 times. They were fast, but even though she was the manager she didn't know how to print out our contract/reservation to read the details. No one there could. So we signed and paid in faith without getting to triple confirm our rental. 1 day into the rental, I get a text reminding me to return it. I'm surprised, and when I go to modify, I see that they were charging us $110/day (just for the vehicle, not for the insurance, liability, etc.) for a dinky little Mitsubishi. To extend to when my actual rental date was supposed to be, it would cost me another $600. I call to clear this up (Booking mistake? Did they not apply the costco discount? Just a general mixup?) and the girl Peyton doesn't try to fix it, she just says yeah that's the rate, all you can do is extend. We bite the bullet and extend because we are tired and just want to enjoy our time together. Later, when my mom went to return the car to the airport (not this location), they apologize and correct the issue and refund us $700 and even throw in an extra $70 off. Apparently it's been a problem lately where people are being promised one rate and charged another 👀👀 I don't have all the facts, but I will actively avoid Enterprise and this location specifically as a result.

  Online, reserved a mini van for two weeks, with pickup at this National City location. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by Paiton, who quickly processed the rental and kindly ensured that I was immediately taken to the van and sent on my way. Returning the van, I was again greeted by Paiton, who expertly handled the process. Very happy with this location and grateful for Paiton's kind professionalism.

  My experiences at Enterprise have always been wonderful. All the workers do a wonderful job and exceed my expectations every time. I always look forward to renting a car when needed from them. Angelo and the team are exceptional.

  They don’t take business debit cards and require a credit card to rent a truck, manager TOTALLY wasted my time. Ryder or Penske does not act this way and they accommodate business customers appropriately.

  I am not sure if it’s because we are with an insurance claim but they were quite rude and not helpful at all. Their answers were very vague, they don’t care to be helpful. Not sure if it’s because we are on contract or what
