  I had to pick up 11 passengers from the airport, and so I thought I was getting what I asked for, a Mercedes sprinter, instead I got the ford transit van, which had no trunk for luggage....my friends were severely disappointed.

  The office in Napa is always short-staffed and never has enough vehicles. While on my way to pick up a car that had been reserved for 3 months, I was told that there were no cars available. I had to wait 1&1/2 hours for a car. The office is very disorganized. Would not recommend.

  Here were the issues: 1) No shuttle or pickup available on a Saturday from Napa APC to Enterprise's rental car facility, so I had to spend money/time to get a ride to Enterprise's rental car facility. When I called and asked, there was still no offer to pick me up, even though there were multiple people at the facility that didn't look busy and could've easily offered a ride. 2) I scheduled the car for pickup at 11 AM. It was not ready until about 11:40-11:45 AM (that's unacceptable). No upgrade or compensation was offered. There were plenty of other cars on their lot that looked available and that could've been offered to us. Very disappointed with the customer service here. Do better, Enterprise.

  Understaffed, waited 45 minutes on the phone and another half hour in line at the location just to drop off keys. Management needs to properly staff.

  I frequently rent specifically at the Napa location because they provide great customer service. All the staff are warm, friendly, respectful and professional even on their busiest days. Truly makes me feel like a valued customer.
