Unfortunately, my experience with the staff specifically the sales associate, Stephanie. It was very disappointing. Upon arrival, she was unhelpful, short with her responses, and dismissive in both tone and demeanor. Her directions to the items I was looking for were vague, requiring me to ask multiple follow-up questions just to get basic information. It wasn’t until I asked for her name that her demeanor noticeably changed. A positive transaction requires effort from both parties. Building a respectful and helpful relationship between a customer and as a sales associate should be a priority, and in this case, it was not. Very disappointed.
