  Sam is the absolute best; I came by for just my oil change, but she was such an infectiously pleasant and engaging chat that I caved and dropped the additional money for my tire rotation and cabin air filter. She did a stellar job with everything and had me out of there in no time! You can tell she's a very diligent and hard worker. Definitely the most comfortable car maintenance experience I've had, coming from someone who's often socially anxious. This will be the only location I visit now! If Sam takes care of your services, you'll certainly be in good hands.

  I was helped a few days ago for an oil change by Natalie who was so helpful !!! This place always does a great job and the staff is super friendly. I got to meet the manager Kayla who was super helpful. This is the only place I go to for oil changes. They always let me know about coupons or other services I might need. Thank you for such great service !!

  Sat and waited for over an hour , to many workers who seemed to not now how the line worked and who arrived first! After waiting an hour just to have someone else pull up and get taken in for their oil change, absolutely ridiculous. Four other people left that day! It was only until I complained ! The manager at the end said I was on lunch , no you weren’t dude we saw you there the whole time outside yapping your mouth. I have been going to Valvoline for 9 years this is by far the worst location I’ve even been too. Murrieta do better

I genuinely enjoyed watching a group work together with that level of teamwork and professionalism. In my line of work in law enforcement, it’s not always common to see teams operate that smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Everyone who assisted me today was outstanding, provided great customer service, and truly showed they enjoy what they do.

  Natalie and Rylie!!!! Literally the best interaction I have ever had while having an oil change. They explained everything to me in detail. Explained how to do the up keep gave me comments on what to do forward. Overall great experience. My husband normally comes and does the oil change here but today I did and I am so glad and thankful and grateful for the experience and their kindness! Recommend to anyone and I will now start coming to do the oil change just based off them alone. Thank you!
