  The professionalism of this place is astounding! From the first interaction with Chris to the last moment in the shop I felt I was treated with respect towards my time and my car needs. I recommend this place for your windows, lights, trims, and so on. They deserve 7 ⭐️ for their impressive high quality services!!

During my visit, I noticed several customers greeted by name, highlighting the strong relationships built there. The team exudes friendliness and commitment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service. Steven guided me in selecting the right tint level and darkness, attentively addressing all my concerns. Additionally, the owner provided valuable insights into the different tint levels, helping me determine the best option for my car and budget. When I picked up my car, the owner when over care instructions and there are stickers over the window control buttons that say, Do Not Roll Down the Window.   I paid $450 UPFRONT for an 'Ultimate Auto Detail' on my F-150 and feel completely taken advantage of. After having the truck gone for 5 hours, I picked it up to find trash still left in the center console, dust still in the vents, dust on the steering wheel, dust everywhere and untouched mirrors. They also tossed my wet floor mats into the back of the truck bed. They weren't even dry and weren't placed back how they were originally. When I sent photos to Ryan, his only excuse was that they 'ran out of time.' If you ran out of time, why tell me the truck is ready for pickup? A professional shop calls the customer if they need more time, they don't just hand over a half finished truck and hope you don't notice. Ryan offered for me to come back the same day to fix it, but I told him a partial refund and a redo was the only reasonable fix given my schedule and their massive failure of a job. He completely dodged the refund request and tried to save face by offering a $100 gift card for ‘future work’ instead. Which I assume some people would just take this slap to the face to keep their mouths shut about these situations. A gift card is a useless response to a complete failure of a $450 job. Why would I ever come back to a shop that didn't care enough to finish the job the first time? After I told him the gift card wasn't a solution, he completely ghosted me all day and never responded to my last message. Then later in the afternoon at 6pm, the only response I get is an automated message “we hope your experience was everything you expected and more. Your satisfaction means the world to us. Leave a review.” So here it is. Oh and I'm sure the reply to this will just be another deflecting response to save face rather than them actually taking accountability. Bureau of Automotive Repair notified and initiated.

  Brought my truck in at 8am on a Saturday had it back home by 5. Clean work exactly what I asked for 10/10 recommend and they do a bunch of other things for your car or truck

  Tint World knocked it out of the park with my new window tint. Alvin and Chris were professional, detailed, and really took the time to work through my picky requests with solid solutions. The end result came out fantastic. The tint is flawless, blends perfectly, and my car was returned in clean condition. This is what true professionalism looks like. Kudos, gentlemen!
