  Seriously what do I pay for a membership for. I’m here to get my car washed and no soap is loaded into the machine at all. there are no less than 4 not functioning parts of the machine one of them is even tied up. And pulled back out of the way. Half of the vacuums do not work and it took them weeks to block them off. This place can not afford do maintenance obviously. You should spend the money to fix your problems or cut your losses and close the doors because this half cleaned car that I pay for a membership for is just not worth it. I’m sure more people will feel the same if you don’t do anything. I was patiently waiting for you guys to fix things before I said anything but this is ridiculous it’s been like two months.

  Shout out to Alex for being a sweetheart! Gave get directions on the entry. Not stressful. Even kept the rules about other people playing music too loud but requested it in the nice way that only he can do. Give him a raise and believe in him and he will go far

  One of the spinning brushes broke the rear windshield wiper arm on our car. Customer service then denied our repair claim even though the damage should be covered under their company policy. Our car is only 2 years old, the wiper arm is a factory part, and we filed the claim on site with a staff member who took photos of the damage. Very disappointed in what has become an unexpectedly expensive carwash.

  The wash and staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve been a member since they built this location and we will be members until we leave the area! Big shout out to Alex today! Always great to see a smiling face.

  I love Quick Quack car wash as it is a great wash and they have all the additional towels, air pressure and accommodations to keep your car looking and smelling new. 5 stars +++++
