  They 100% went above and beyond for me. There is a mountain view tire less than a quarter mile from my house. And probably 10 tire shops between my house and their store on date st. I will drive by all of them to go to this tire shop.

  Teresa at Mountainview literally saved our lives on a Saturday afternoon. We had received a bad car rental that essentially broke on us. The rental company told us to take the car to Mountainview after telling us that they don’t have a car to swap it out for us. Teresa was super helpful, took it out for a spin and immediately let us know that not only was the car completely unsafe to drive, but that she’d contact the car rental company to make sure they give us a car. 11/10 service and again kept us from getting stranded over an hour away from where we’re from.

  Mountain View had the tires I wanted at the right price so I booked an apportionment and confirmed it via text and phone call. But when I showed up they didn’t have the tires. It was explained to me that the confirming email I got didn’t mean they had them at that location. Which is ofd because my appointment was for me, at that location and at the day and time and was made the day before. I was referred to the store that did have them and drove there to get it done. Of course I didn’t have an appointment there but the very professional lady at that store worked it out wonderfully. All in all, they got it done. But don’t trust the online reservations system because it will lie to you.

  Teresa and the team over at the Date Street location are absolutely amazing. Teresa is so friendly and knowledgeable. The tech that worked on my car came in talked to me about the issue and his recommendation. I was in and out so quick. I will definitely be back to this location specifically. Thanks Teresa!!
