I was told if it showed up on their system they have it because this happed to me before. Typically corpo screwing nomads out here.

We were given a Rogue from a different Enterprise that had a severe engine issue that led us 40 miles and then died essentially. Collin was super helpful, directed us to someone who could take a look and confirm the issue, and then found a car (which we knew they likely didn’t have one) out of thin air to save us. He was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time, even when it was like 95+ degrees outside and kept us essentially from getting stranded in Murrieta. Please give this guy a RAISE!
- SMSkarett MMar 13, 20261.0Rented from this branch 3 separate times, totaling nearly 6 months of rentals: • Every single time they did NOT have the vehicle class I reserved. • Instead of locating the correct vehicle from another location, staff tries to substitute a much lower class vehicle. • I hold top loyalty status, yet the service does not reflect that at all. • Currently on hold for 33+ minutes with no agent while listening to recordings about their “commitment to customer service.” • Reservations should mean something. If a vehicle isn’t available, the branch should locate one from another office rather than downgrading the customer. Bottom line: Repeatedly unreliable inventory and poor customer service despite frequent rentals and loyalty status.
