AND THE MANAGER GAVE ME THE REASONS WHY, JUST A HEADS UP .. FYI.... So there was a response about aftermarket products on the glass to be removed before service is provided. The problem is the technician tells you that when he arrives. By then it is too late. Maybe when a customer calls to make the APPOINTMENT or the TECHNICIAN calls to tell you he/her is on his/her way, they then should tell you about the removal of DASH CAMS or any other aftermarket products. Especially if the insurance is covering any aspects of the cost. Thank you
