The Murrieta team ordered the wrong glass although VIN was provided, then Shayane went on vacations and nobody ordered the correct glass for about 10 days. Shayane returned from the holidays after I was let down for over 4 weeks without any single update. I had to call this irresponsible branch every day with no follow up no returned call ever. The Murrieta Branch promised to call me back with an ETA as the glass was shipped directly from the dealer. I called the local Hyundai dealer and they quote me 3-5 days for the glass, but the Murrieta brach took 4 WEEKS!! Alls because their front desk person FORGOT to place the PO before she went of long vacation time. I had to cancel all my plans during the holidays because the back glass of my SUV remained broken for more than 4 weeks. They finally put me on schedule after 29 days of wait, just to find out that the glass was poorly installed with silicon and glue visible, mark of tape everywhere and debris of broken glass all over the trunk. A kindergarden kid is more clean at work that the Murrieta branch. I have already shared my experience to all my friends and family to make sure they never ever do business with this branch. SAVE TIME....GO TO ANOTHER SAFELITE BRANCH... ESCONDIDO IS A GOOD CHOICE. MURRIETA Brach its a Joke.

Had you ready my review you would have seen that I had no problem with the worker, but it is your customer service that is way below par. They were supposed to call and reschedule last week and nobody called. I called them yesterday and whoever the supervisor was that Saturday that the Tech called did not follow through and nobody had re ordered a new rear window. So now with the lack of effort on your part to even read and respond to my issue, I'm lowering you from a 3 star to a 1 Job still not completed, windows brackets were in the wrong place to reinstall the trim prices. Tech said they would reschedule within a week. 10 days now and still no call
