  BEWARE!!! This car wash will strip the paint OFF your vehicle! I normally don’t complain or leave reviews but this is complete BS! This car wash stripped the paint of my wife’s 2015 GMC Yukon! I filed a claim with the on duty employee, never got a phone call from management, only got a email saying our vehicle is “more than 5 years old and they don’t cover general wear and tear” So if your car is over 5 years old they pretty much won’t cover and damages there car wash causes. What a complete joke and unprofessional management to not even call me to discuss the issue

  I recently bought a 2025 Nissans pathfinder. I had 100 miles on it when I decided to take it to quick quack for the first time (though we have been members here for 3 years with multiple vehicles) I was in the vehicle when the spin brushes deeply scratched both of my side mirrors. I immediately reported it to staff. I was notified today that my claim is declined for “insufficient evidence of negligence”. How the heck do I have more sufficient evidence than being physically present while their equipment damaged my new car. We are disappointed and will be cancelling all of our cars on the membership. This company does not take accountability for equipment malfunctions that will damage your vehicle.

  Quack quack is the best value diy car wash place where it doesn’t feel like the standard DIY. The trash is changed regularly, you always have clean towels to use, the staff is friendly and helpful. All vacuums, air hoses always work with optimal pull and pressure and everything g is always clean and well maintained. The monthly membership is like getting two washes at your local gas station only there you may end up getting g your car scratched, the vacuums may or may not work, bring your own clean micro fibers and good luck finding a thorough drive through wash which hits all the essentials and consistently appears like it was setup yesterday brand new. You are short changing yourself and doing a disservice to your vehicle’s value by taking it to any other do it yourself place! Make sure diy is your thing! I think DIY isn’t for everyone and think it’s a shame when people who should not be handling a vacuum or just should have someone else with attention to detail wash their car, leave a 1 star review bringing down a business which takes provide In making their customers happy and goes above and beyond doing things they really don’t have to. Searching through the dirty vacuum chimneys of everything everyone pull from their dirty car to please the one patron who likely complains about everything everywhere they go, including when there own hands ruined their experience and they have to take the time to make a good business suffer after desperately trying to help them make a crappy accident better. SMH
