  Mountain View had the tires I wanted at the right price so I booked an apportionment and confirmed it via text and phone call. But when I showed up they didn’t have the tires. It was explained to me that the confirming email I got didn’t mean they had them at that location. Which is ofd because my appointment was for me, at that location and at the day and time and was made the day before. I was referred to the store that did have them and drove there to get it done. Of course I didn’t have an appointment there but the very professional lady at that store worked it out wonderfully. All in all, they got it done. But don’t trust the online reservations system because it will lie to you.

  Teresa and the team over at the Date Street location are absolutely amazing. Teresa is so friendly and knowledgeable. The tech that worked on my car came in talked to me about the issue and his recommendation. I was in and out so quick. I will definitely be back to this location specifically. Thanks Teresa!!
