  I would not recommend coming to this location for tires the owner was extremely rude with little to no knowledge about tires at all. I asked for pricing and he tried to overcharge me. My tires were changed and there were holes in my brand new tires. I tried to ask for his name and refused to give it to me. Argued with me and told me I did not know what I was talking about. If you're looking for a tire place to go I would Never suggest this place. Workers are rude and very unprofessional. Lack integrity and so much more. Save your money fellas. Tires were used and worn out the service was horrible. Owner is a liar and deceiving with prices. If you need tires there’s a few others in the area that are better quality and much friendlier. I won’t ever come back

  Thomas got my mother inlaws car fixed on Thanksgiving!!! Last minute no hesitation. Don't know amy other shop that'll do that. During mid day hours also!! Gracias carnal. 💯💯💯

  One of my tires was losing air, I knew it had a slow leak because it went 'flat' on me twice in three days. I took my car to one of those "big" tire shops in Murrieta and was told I'd have a 3 hour wait to be seen. I didn't feel like waiting, so I brought my car to Franco's after reading the reviews. I can't say enough good things about them! I was seen immediately, and the team there was SO nice. Evelyn was super friendly and we had a nice chat while my car was serviced. Sure enough, I had a nail in my tire. Franco's patched it right up, for an incredibly reasonable price, and sent me on my way - I was in and out the door in 20 mins. I could not be happier. I think this place is a hidden gem - I highly recommend them, and if I have anymore tire needs I will definitely be back.

  This place goes above and beyond. They saved me when two other tire shops said there was nothing they could do for me. He was very friendly and was willing to do whatever I needed to get me out driving again! I swear check this place before you go anywhere else! You won’t regret it!
