  I rented a 16 foot box truck 2 weeks ago and they accepted $600 deposit on my Debit Card. Last week I went into pick up a 16 footer and they would not accept my wife’s Credit Card because her Lic. had expired and they refused to lease me a truck. Unfortunately I did not have $600 in my Debit Account so I went to Penske and leased a truck, using my wife's Credit Card. This morning I called for a quote on another truck and ask what the deposit would be! They would not allow me to rent a truck with my Debit Card! I have Enterprise Plus, I've used Enterprise almost exclusively for 20 years and they refuse to rent me a truck! I rented a truck there 2 weeks ago and now they are changing policy? I’m forced to go down the road to Penske and lease a truck instead of a 20 year business relationship with Enterprise! Murrieta Enterprise Truck Rental is no longer in my Contacts and I will not be doing business with Enterprise after over 20 years!
