Tried to rent a luxury car, got a compact SUV instead. One hour wait to get a vehicle, that was already on the reservation. Exterior of the car was dirty, a lot of little scratches and dents on it. Door jams were dirty. They didn’t even dry the car off after washing it, just gave me a wet car.
It was a very mediocre experience, when asked how they could make it excellent, you can’t. What’s done is done. You gave a mediocre experience and that’s how you will be rated, you can’t bribe your way out of it with a 25% off coupon.
We usually rent from here and have a Good experience. However, our last rental, was aweful. We had a plastic piece hanging from the bottom of the rental. We called the number for Roadside assistance they instructed us to drive to the Palms Springs Airport. Enterprise at Palms Springs would not switch out the car and we had to drive about 70 miles with plastic piece hanging. I never expected this from Enterprise.The Enterprise in Murrieta- tried to make it right.
I’ll be honest, this experience made my life easier—and I appreciate that more than anything.
Hank was the highlight from the start. Genuinely warm, easy to talk to, and actually enjoyable to have a conversation with. Not rushed. Not scripted. Just thoughtful, present, and good at what he does. He made the “U-Click-We-Pick” option feel less like a gamble and more like being taken care of by someone who understands people, not just cars. That matters.
The car itself was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, and quietly excellent. No drama. No surprises. Very “Wagyu” energy—quality you feel without it needing to announce itself.
When I needed to extend the rental, Jacob and Natalie made the process over the phone incredibly smooth. Kind, patient, and efficient in a way that immediately puts you at ease. The kind of help that makes you think, Wow, that was actually pleasant. That alone earns points.
I’m grateful for how easy this entire experience was. Everything felt thoughtful, respectful of my time, and handled with care.
Verdict:
Warm people, seamless service, and a genuinely “6-star” experience. I’d happily do this again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my first time ever renting a car for a trip, and I was honestly pretty nervous going into it. I chose this location because it’s close to my home, and I’m glad I did.
When I arrived to pick up the car, the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, even though they were clearly very busy. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when we were walked to the car. The gentleman who handed us the keys was rushing us and came across as rude, which made the pickup process stressful—especially for a first-time renter.
That said, the return experience completely turned things around. Grecia helped us during drop-off and provided truly amazing customer service. She was kind, professional, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. Because of her, and the great front desk staff, I would absolutely rent from this location again.
Grecia is awesome and deserves recognition ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this place six stars, I would.
I’ve rented from this Enterprise location more times than I can count, and every single time they knock it out of the park. First off, the front desk team is always ridiculously friendly. I’m terrible with names (seriously, it’s a skill at this point), but every single one of them deserves a round of applause. They make the process so smooth it feels like I’m being checked into a spa instead of renting a car. Absolute legends.
Now—let’s talk about Kasem.
This man is a superhero with a Tablet. The level of service he provides is so good it should honestly be trademarked. He’s helpful, patient, and makes you feel like you’re the most important customer of the day.
Also, fun fact: Kasem fuels up not just the cars, but also himself—with coffee. Either Starbucks or Coffee Bean. I’m convinced his customer service superpowers come directly from espresso. If you ever see him with a latte in hand, just know greatness is about to happen.
The cars? Top-tier. Always spotless, always smelling like a luxury boutique instead of the “old gym shoe dipped in mystery spray” scent some other rental companies rock. Step into an Enterprise car here and you instantly feel like you’re going somewhere important—even if it’s just Target.
And major shoutout to the detail team in the back. These folks work hard. They’re the unsung heroes making sure every vehicle looks like it’s rolling off a dealership lot. If you see them, don’t forget to tip. Seriously. They deserve it.
Bottom line:
Kasem = amazing.
Front desk = incredible.
Cars = chef’s kiss.
Experience = 6-star Wagyu excellence.
Highly recommend. 👌🚗💨
