- AKAirik KnoerzerMar 25, 20261.0If you really need help, don’t go here. I went in and gave my vehicle information and was sold the wrong things. Went back to get help with my headlights and windshield wipers and the kid helping me (Andres) took literally 30 mins to try to change my headlight and didn’t even do it. I went home to change it myself and they had sold me the wrong light after giving my vehicle info!! So frustrating and a complete waste of time. He did do my windshield wipers but it took him another 25 mins to do so and he made me get more expensive ones cuz the ones the other kid sold to me didn’t fit and then he put them on wrong still. Like yo?? I called back to get a hold of a manager and was on hold for 15 mins so I just hung up. Customer service sucks. If you care about your time, DON’T GO HERE. Literally don’t go here for any help unless you already know what you’re doing.
