  Tiana at Auto Zone helped me in my search for a hitch for my truck and was very helpful and friendly. Truly went beyond the normal service expected and would highly recommend her!

  Alyssa is great help. I always receive excellent customer service at this location. All the clerks are always willing to take the time and help figure out parts for every project. Keep up the strong work.

  I've never changed a tail light before, ended up not having the right tools to do so. Stopped by to see if they could help me out and they did so with a smile and friendly explanations. I will certainly do business here again. Thank you so much for the help.

  This store is the one with the worst service I've ever encountered. There was a blonde woman who was throwing things in front of me when I asked her to help me pick them up. He seemed to have a very bad attitude today, maybe he was in a bad mood and couldn't even stand the people who were shopping next to him. They were all blaming him, but there was no one in this store to take care of him. When I asked others, everyone else was busy. He was playing on the computer there, and there was a blonde woman wearing glasses with a very bad attitude Is it true that the employees of this kind of chain store have not received any training and have no sense of service? Is there really no industry with a worse attitude than him? This is my evaluation of him?
