  I’ve been an Enterprise regular for years, but Salvador at the Mountain View branch is a true standout. He was incredibly respectful and attentive. We pointed out a small car issue, and he immediately made it right before we even asked. Exceptional care!

  The staff are very kind and made the process of getting into a rental very smooth. There are a few things about this location compared to other enterprise locations I’ve utilized that I did not enjoy however. At other locations I have used, They have always brought my rental to me at the garage. This location, unbeknownst to me, utilizes a shared shuttle service To pick up multiple customers at a time. It made for a bit more of an awkward ride since I held up the other passengers because I needed to install a car seat and I did not expect to have my child in a vehicle with strangers. I was also disappointed with the selection of vehicles at this location compared to others. I decided to pay slightly out of pocket to get something a bit better than what my insurance was able to provide. The Jeep compass I was put in had base trim so it lacked fairly basic features like power seats and ability to control the radio from the steering wheel. It also was significantly overdue for an oil change, so I had that alert every time I turned the vehicle on. I reached out to the location to see about switching it into something else and an employee (Matthew) Said he was surprised as most of their SUVs have a higher trim package. He told me he would be happy to see what else he could get me in and call back shortly. He did not call back, and ended up reaching out to someone else through their texting service. This person told me that they actually do not have any higher trim packages and only stock base package. I’m now waiting to see if I can get into something my insurance covers since there is no benefit in paying extra for a vehicle with the same features as a fully covered one.

  I took entrepise rental car Honda Odyssey. It was very pleasant experience. Car was very good and the enterprise is very supportive.

  I needed a car urgently after an accident. Hertz did not respond to my inquiries. I lost a day and turned to Enterprise. They swiftly picked me up and offered a range of choices, finding a good match. Throughout a month, Enterprise communications were great, and the staff very supportive at the Sunnyvale and the Mountain View offices in CA. I'll definitely start with the Enterprise when in need.
