In 2025, the Palo Alto El Camino Real location cracked my windshield during a wiper replacement, costing me two full days to get it replaced and recalibrated. In January 2026, the Mountain View El Camino Real location smeared grease all over my leather driver’s seat, armrest, and steering wheel. Staff were dismissive, and the seat was left discolored after cleaning. Only after I insisted on filing a complaint did a manager offer reimbursement for professional cleaning. Careless handling of vehicles and poor accountability. I would not recommend Jiffy Lube.
