    Booked a luxury car (BMW or Audi) and was given an extremely filthy Mitsubishi Mirage instead. On top of that, the car had a serious alignment issue and wouldn’t drive straight. Completely unacceptable and it’s not safe. I have never heard or seen such an outrageous car rental experience in my life.

    One of the worst experience ever. The word “confirmation” means different with Enterprise. You can’t trust them that there would be a vehicle for you. After i got confirmation from them, i got a call after 1 week and just 2 days before my actual reservation that the car won’t be available and they can’t help. If you really want a trust worthy reservation please don’t go with enterprise.

    I’m sharing feedback regarding my rental experience with Enterprise following a car accident. I booked a luxury vehicle through GEICO’s app for pickup at the Palo Alto location. Upon arrival, I was told that no vehicles in the booked class were available and that the only option was a higher vehicle class at an additional cost of approximately $100 per day. I declined, as this upgrade should not have been required for a reservation made through insurance. I hope Enterprise will address vehicle availability, inventory management, and billing practices to avoid placing customers in this position in the future.
