Start to finish, David and his manager, Scott, were really great to work with. They were professional, courteous and we were happy with the deal we received. No overpromising and underdelivering.

I even stopped in to see if I could talk to the parts department, I was told that they were on lunch and would call me once they got back. I reached someone and they said they found multiple issues and would get back to me by the next day (Friday). It is Monday and I still haven't gotten a call from them and they keep sending me to voicemail when I call.

I’ve done this about 3 times now and not a single person reached out to me regarding when I’m able to bring the trailer in. First 2 times I called , they were nice . Third time I called. I was told to call again* the following Wednesday to schedule a Saturday to bring my trailer in, I called the following Wednesday as requested by them, and the person I was calling back for was “unavailable” Def going with a small business from here on out even if it’s cash rather than using my RV insurance through these people who clearly are too busy?
