  Jerry was awesome, the service was quick. I didn’t have to wait, drove right in and was taken care of. I started my load of clothes at the laundry mat and made it back in time for the dryer cycle to start! I always come here for my oil change so when they said they do more and could service my transmission too I knew I was in good hands and could get it done quickly so I came right back here!

  Jerry,Jose, and a third helped forgot his name were very friendly. We came in today to get our routine oil change and they stated my car was overfilled with oil 10qts in total my car has a 4.7qt engine so this came as a major surprise to me as I did not add any oil myself nor have had an oil change done since the last one. I'm glad they told me its just I know that can be an issue.

  Since Jerry pressured me into writing a Google review and repeated his name approximately 10x, here is a review about my experience at this Valvoline. Jerry was extremely pushy and condescending throughout my experience, talking down to me and over explaining things I was not interested in having done for 400x the actual cost. The only good thing about this experience was Brian, who was beyond attentive, polite, talkative, and helpful.

  My visit in my mindset was subpar. I have been to this location many times. This visit was not up to par. The workers and manager were not too familiar with the discounts and how they work. It was all trial and error with the first response deterring me the client . Had I not asked the extra questions I would have forgone the discounts available to me. In addition I had to inform the manager to have my headlights and brake lights changed. I never had to do that over the years. Lastly Eric who was standing there with the manager interjected while I was discussing why an email with a $10 discount on $40 purchase was not being honored. He said it will be either or not both. I addressed him interrupting our discussion when he was not apart of the conversation. I took it personally because I asked if the $10 discount could be honored rather than the $7+ dollar AAA discount. I took Eric’s response personally as if I was illiterate because I never asked for both. Even though both were honored. The $10 email stated The Save $10 off your entire invoice of $40 or more. My purchase was still over $40 after the 10% AAA discount. I will reiterate what I said to the manager when he tried to defend Eric’s action, from a customer perspective he should have not interjected as he was not working with me. I was already frustrated knowing the service was subpar. Ultimately retraining could be a good idea for all individuals that serviced me except for the person physically changing the oil. He did I great job!

  This Valvoline oil change location provides outstanding customer service. Jerry and Phelycia were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their approachability even encouraged my typically shy 5-year-old to engage in conversation, which speaks volumes about their demeanor. They made both my daughter and me feel genuinely valued as customers. The team completed my oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement efficiently and professionally. They also took the time to ensure everything was in proper condition before I left. Experiences like this are exactly why I will continue to return to this location.
