    I am cancelling my account today due to persistent billing errors. For the past year, I have been double-charged, and for several months, I was billed for a higher-tier package that I never requested or authorized. I can no longer support a company with such inconsistent billing practices

    You definitely need more vacuums. Place is way too small to get in and out of there. Too bad it’s literally down the street from my house. I would rather driver further away to a car wash that has more vacuums and definitely more shade. Sun hits really bad specially with the summer around the corner. Just my opinion, thank you for the free wash.

    We saw them advertising free car washes so we pulled in for ours. The sales person tried to get us to sign up for a membership without telling us it would be a membership, we thought we had to pay for the wash so we offered to pay. It turns out they really were offing free washes, but we were only offered one once we caught on and started to drive away. I get the whole commission thing, and trying to meet sales quotas, but when you are doing so by being deceptive to potential customers, it only makes them not want to go back. UPDATE - The problem is I was never offered the free car wash until i was trying to drive away. I pulled up and was immediately told that it was going to be $10 but that those $10 would buy me washes for the next 30 days. The word "membership" was never used. I was never told it would be a reoccurring charge, I was never told I could get a free wash without paying. I only figured this out myself after the guy made me sign on his tablet and then wouldnt take my cash and wanted my card. He then became clearly annoyed at me saying that I did not know it was for a membership and that I have no interest in signing up for one. I have the whole interaction on my dash cam and it all sounds extremely deceptive. It was definitely not a misunderstanding. Important details are being purposely left out to trick people into signing up for these memberships.

    Been a member for 4 months now and my experience with Quick Quack is always an excellent. They even have a great/best/excellent costumer service. Every Quick Quack on different locations always have great performances on greeting people and making costumers feel welcome. Quick Quack keep on the great work. Always the best car wash.

    Complainant: Desiree Phillips Date: 03/20/2016 Against: Quick Quack Car Wash I am submitting this formal complaint regarding damage to my vehicle that occurred while using the services of Quick Quack Car Wash on March 12, 2026. On March 12, 2026, at approximately 12:41 PM, I received a sign-up email and proceeded with my first visit to Quick Quack. At approximately 12:47 PM, during the car wash process, an incident occurred which resulted in damage to my vehicle. Specifically, the lower driver-side area and left-side components were affected and visibly damaged. Immediately following the incident (between approximately 12:48 PM and 1:23 PM), I reported the issue to staff on-site. A representative reviewed the situation and verbally acknowledged that the left-side kit on my vehicle appeared to have been pulled off during the wash. An incident report was created (Incident #IAD001583, Store #4478), and the damage was documented. On March 17, 2026, I followed up via email and was informed that the claim would take approximately 2–4 weeks to process. However, I received no further communication. After continued attempts to obtain updates, I was eventually informed that my claim had been denied. On March 19, 2026, I visited the location in person and spoke with the manager. I was told that my claim was denied on the basis of “pre-existing damage.” This statement is false and unsupported. My vehicle was newly purchased and had no prior damage, accidents, or issues before entering the Quick Quack facility. There is no documentation, inspection, or credible evidence provided by Quick Quack to justify this claim. Additionally, no proper inspection of my vehicle was conducted prior to service that would establish any pre-existing condition. The damage occurred during the car wash process, was immediately reported, and was acknowledged at the time by staff. Despite my request to escalate the claim, I have not received a fair resolution. The denial appears to be made without proper investigation and in bad faith. Claims: - Negligence resulting in damage to personal property - Failure to properly investigate a reported incident - Wrongful denial of a valid claim - Lack of reasonable communication and resolution efforts Requested Resolution: I am seeking full compensation for the repair of all damages caused to my vehicle as a direct result of the incident at Quick Quack Car Wash. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue legal action through civil court to recover damages, costs, and any additional relief deemed appropriate. This statement is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and is being submitted as part of my effort to resolve this matter formally. I am requesting all information pertaining to you guys making your decision that decision base is false and I will be taking legal action
