I didn't have any complaints until I saw my receipt and the items listed as complete were not done. ie: vacuuming and ALL windows cleaned. What else was not done like fluids topped off? I felt overall the service was great but hate when things are just pencilled in as complete. I've tried many other oil change services and this was the most professional. Just wish they were more thorough. I'm going to try other places and maybe come back here just because it was easy, maybe a bit pricey but less than 30 min wait with two customers before me. Overall satisfied.

I took my work truck to them because it's paid for through my employer, I'll I got done was a simple oil change, now my work truck has been non stop leaking oil all over my driveway, my work truck is brand new and they're the only people that have serviced the vehicle and it's never leaked before they touched it.

- SFSteven FosterFeb 19, 20265.0The staff here were very willing to allow me to the best of their ability to witness that the oil and filter and oil drain plug gasket I had brought with me were what was installed and showed me that the oil level was perfect after their service was complete. They also voluntarily fixed my dragging plastic underbody skid plate cover that covers the oil filter area by replacing the missing mounting bolt! It was much more honest service than Fast Lube and Tune in Beaumont, CA where the technician lied to me a few days ago about installing the wrong oil filter on my wife's car which us the exact same model as mine.
