While this was my first oil change with Jiffy Lube, I have put over 120,000 miles on the truck using conventual oil. Ford service and other oil change companies have had no issue using conventual oil while here I was told "they could not do that based on what their computer says". While I agreed to the upcharge I will say the attendant offered me a coupon $5 greater then the one I already presented.

He looks at me with a straight face and tells me I have no clue and continues to go about his business. I asked the attended to please add air to my tire, rear driver side as this is a service they provide. When my car was done, no one went over a recap of my fluids I was only given my keys and sent on my way. I went to my next destination and noticed my tire I had request to fill with air was still semi-flat. I had to return to get this done. The service performed was poor today as I’m used to the exceptional service Jiffy Lune has always given me.
