Probably the most helpful and customer friendly person I have ever met at a auto repair shop and extremely knowledgeable. Had a coolant leak at a hose that was hard to determine exactly what hose was needed and he was able look through the manual and found it for me and gave me recommended places to order it from and they was able to put it on no problem so far so good
