This time, it was a woman clerk and middle aged Hispanic man helping me. At first they were helpful when they were explaining what services I needed done, but once I told them it was feasible for me at this time, the Hispanic man named Mario became so rude. He locked my car on me when I walked up to him to get the key, he allowed the door to slam right in my face as I followed behind him into the shop, and when I asked the lady clerk what his deal was he just kept walking didn’t try to explain himself. And she just laughed it off. When I asked for his name she hesitated to give it to me. I was so glad I didn’t give them my service. Good customer service shouldn’t depend on the customer spending money right then and there. I would have went back if Mario and the lady had treated me better. Now I will never give this business my money.
