Come to find out this female customer had it & they wouldn't help her & told her to do it herself & told me the same things. We did not know how to use it. They had no issues helping the male customers. I felt that this store discriminated against female customers. They were very rude as well. I will NEVER step into a Auto Zone ever again. I ended up at O'Reilly & they had no issues with helping me. They get my business now.

And the dude has the audacity to ask me if I’m at the right store. He gets his manager, she’s just as confused and clueless as he is. I’m there for like 20 minutes standing around while they run around not knowing anything. Horrible horrible and under qualified workers there. And at no point did the say sorry for the inconvenience or apologize what so ever. They made it seem like it was my fault. Dont ever go here.
