  So I had a problem last week with my battery. Jacob, helped me and told me to come back next week and he'll fix it. So I went in but he was not working yet. So I asked if they can change it out. And the manager was their, but she said no they change it out. She said they don't have enough staff for me to go to the one on SUNNYMEAD and PERRIS. I had to re explain everything all over again.And they said, no. They could not change it out neither. So I waited until 2 o'clock so Jacob came in. He switched it out with no problem. He's the best employee there. If anything needs to be done I will be going to Jacob again.

  I was treated like a queen here. Jacob K. answered all my questions, made sure I took advantage of previous warranties, found me the best deals on all everything I needed and took his time with me. He shared tips for my car and made an unscheduled car emergency easy. I didn’t even come in for my battery going bad but him suggesting I get it tested saved me so much time and money. He installed my battery, cleaned up the terminal, took care of my wiper blades. He really took care of everything, and made me feel like he was helping out a friend. Very thankful to him and his manager Kristen. They were so pleasant and helpful, can’t recommend them enough.
