  Hi, I would like to share my experience at AutoZone on Sunny mead and Graham street. Hector and Jasmine went above and beyond to assist me with my battery issues. Not only they they made a call to get a battery for me and install it for me, when the store by Perris and Sunnymead resume to assist me, specially when I ask to assist with starting my car again, no help at all. I recommend 💯 AutoZone on Sunny mead and Graham street, please Hector and Jasmine. They are the best. They will handle the business for you! Thank you Soledad Phelps

  I wanted to thank Chris H. at Autozone Moreno Valley on Sunnymead Blvd store for his great attitude, professionalism and due diligence in seeking a remedy for a problem I was having on my warranty return on a part that I had purchased 9 years earlier... His customer service was superior and made me feel confident that he would be able to fix this situation even though we kept hitting roadblocks along the way...The store Manager Jasmine must also be mentioned as a positive mentor to this Individual because I believe it's a reflection of her leadership!!! A+

  During my visit at this autozone on 3/29/26, I noticed that the store was extremely busy and had a fairly long line with only one person at the counter. Julian was obviously frustrated with the situation and I could tell he was overwhelmed with the amount of people, BUT despite this he handled the situation very efficiently. I was honestly impressed at how composed and professional he maintained, despite the situation he was in. Much respect to him, because I'm not sure if many people would have been as polite and well composed as he was despite being extremely busy and having no help. I really hope he is being paid adequately, because it would suck lose such a good employee.

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jennifer and Hector. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I got the right parts and answered all my questions without rushing me. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled right. I truly appreciate the help and will definitely be coming back to this location because of them. Highly recommend asking for Jennifer and Hector if you need assistance!

  🔰 my autozone lead representative and the team representatives are all to the highest caliber very intelligent found solutions made adjustments very friendly very patient willing to hear you out completely it is truly One of the Best team of representatives I have had the pleasure of speaking with. there are many agents they are all a wonderful team I just need to mention that because it is a great working team! But I would like to see Francisco who helped me tremendously and all my representative’s from my visit and conversation and in person to be recognized. I would like somebody to personally thank the team for me one more time because I am not in that building or the work place to do it myself. so I ask you please give them many thanks and of course, the managers and supervisors also need to be recognized, thank you for the excellent service fresh friendly faces that makes everything OK what a outstanding person is and the team and service is to the highest level along with a very clean and fresh atmosphere inside and out side very satisfied, I do recommend anybody and everybody to experience the highest level of quality and best service that you can receive!
