  I had an amazing experience at AutoZone. I went in because the headlight on my truck was out, and within minutes Marcos had it replaced. He was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional the entire time. Not only did he fix the issue right away, but he also had a great attitude and made the whole process so easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location—ask for Marcos!

  Marcos S. (Sales manager) a disgrace to Autozone. Bought a battery day 1, day 2 bought a starter. Took both battery and starter cores back for refund. Did not need a credit card to get core refund on starter, made me go home for credit card for refund on battery. I told him to check both my email addresses when he said he couldn’t find my purchase on his system. He told me if I didn’t go home and get my card that day, and he had to close out the register, then I would not be able to get my core refund at all!! Even if I had been willing to drag out that heavy battery back to my car! Then when I called him out on his hypocrisy of no Card needed for starter but needed one for battery he didn’t want to discuss. This issue is one of someone who is totally stuck on a POWER TRIP. Outrageous that he would make a customer go home for a credit card when he was willing to refund for one of the cores. It’s either sheer stupidity or total disrespect for the customers who without he would not have a job…

  Went in today for a battery replacement and everyone was very helpful. Especially Joseph that installed the battery I was impressed and will return.

  Shoutout to Brandon S. for his superb service. Car was having trouble starting, he ran a free diagnostic test and helped me pick out the right battery for my Honda at a very reasonable price — more than a hundred dollars less than my last one. Thank you!

  Luis was such a great help! He helped install new wiper blades in the rain and made recommendations for brighter headlights so I felt safe on the road. I definitely recommend.
