- KBKevin BrysonDec 31, 20254.0Pretty easy and painless rental experience, very friendly employees. Minus a star because they didn't have the car I reserved and prepaid for. I had reserved a compact luxury sedan, but they gave me a 7 passenger SUV instead. I was thankfully not charged more for the larger vehicle, but it was overkill for just myself. It ate its way through more gas than a smaller car would have, and was alsovery hard to park. As Seinfeld once said "you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation."
