So I decided to try out something new and come to Jiffy Lube, once I got there I was immediately directed as to where to go and I was given the option to go inside or stay in my car. They went about replacing the cabin filter, my oil filter, and oil in under 30 minutes. Larry and Kenya were both exceptionally polite and quick with their work. I appreciate the good experience, thank you gentlemen!

They stayed true to their word. They resolved the issue at their own expense and with a sense of urgency. I got my car after a few hours, with a detailed explanation of what they fixed and the parts they replaced. In light of the very bad situation, they showed incredible professionalism and great customer service. My only regret is that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who was taking care of me and talking to the Jiffy Lube regional manager. So, based on the receipt, I would like to thank Ernesto, Felix, Lawrence, Giovanni, and Anil.
