  NEVER go to this location on Abrego St. Been going to Fremont St location for years with multiple cars never a single issue. Went to Abrego location last month and upon checking my oil level a couple days later I found the mess they made and left on my engine cover. See photo. How this happened to begin with is beyond me. They use oil pumps. I mean you would have to try pretty hard to make this kind of mess, I used to change my own oil 30 years ago so I couldn’t imagine how this occurred. Even Ai had no clue how that could have happened. I made a complaint to Corporate, the District Manager called me. A solution was agreed upon to clean the mess. All was fine outside of the headache. Then the District Manager proceeded to tell me he saw the photos and that it wasn’t a mess basically minimizing and invalidating the issue which was already resolved. I called him on this and there was a back and forth of me explaining to him, the District Manager as to how the mess was unacceptable. If I have to explain this then apparently this is normal there. It was in a word, Combative. By the end of the conversation I told him he or his shop is never touching my car again and that I DID NOT WANT them to clean up their mess. My guess is they are used to customers not knowing anything about car maintenance and take advantage of that by doing this slop. I mean it would take 3-5m to clean up their own mess but they left it for me. I reached back out to Corporate giving them detailed information of the interaction and stated I would like a partial or full refund in the form of a JL gift card as I was going to clean the oil mess myself and that I would use the gift card at Fremont St location in the future and they would retain my business and if a gift card is not given by Feb 7, 2026 (two weeks time) I would cease all business to Jiffy Lube indefinitely including the Fremont St location. Feb 7th came and went. Nothing. I guess Corporate doesn’t care about its customers and unfortunately very good shops like the Fremont St location lose out.

  Fast and good service and tire pressure check as well as oil change. So helpful and kind. Keep good records too. Service was done at Monterey store downtown.🙂

  3/5. Customer service was good - the woman who checked me in was nice. They did not reset the service interval on my vehicle and unfortunately moved the driver seat which is not necessary for an oil change. Also unnecessary upselling with wiper blades but totally get they have metrics to meet. On a positive note, I do like how they used an oil sticker for the sticker reminder instead of the paper ones. Also topped off my washer fluid which I had requested. Not the worst place to get an oil change, but also not the best. It's jiffy lube, though, what do you expect?

  Went in to get brake pads replaced. They immediately informed me that the brake pads were still good and gave me some recommendations for how to stop the brake squealing in my own. They could have wasted my time and money but didn’t. 100% will go to them in the future.
