  Great customer service is more than just getting the job done. It’s about how you make people feel during the process. I had a really solid experience returning my rental with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and a big part of that was thanks to Pablo Lopez Giron. He was efficient, respectful, and made everything feel easy without it feeling rushed. What stood out was the professionalism and attention to detail. He handled everything smoothly, answered questions clearly, and kept the whole interaction positive. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel confident you chose the right place. Moments like that show how strong customer service can turn a simple return into a great overall experience. Definitely appreciated. It’s about how you make people feel during the process.

  Got my first car from Enterprise Montclair last week! Everyone working at this location deserves their flowers for how much time and consideration they put into the customer experience! The gentleman that helped me was Kalvin. Kalvin has great energy and spirit- genuine and kind person! Special Thank You to him. He really listened and took the time to work with me to find the best car for my needs! I’ve been to many car dealerships but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Great selection of vehicles! Also shout out to Kelsie for helping me get on the right track and working with me to get me in the door. These people really care and give that one on one customer care and attention with every interaction. So so grateful to them. Highly recommend! 10 outta 10!

  It was my first time ever renting a car and they definitely made it a smooth process. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional answered all my questions and concerns and reassured me every step of the way. The car itself was clean and in working order the prices are resonable and you even have the option to drop the car off early, when the office is closed. Will definitely come back to this location. Leslie and I think Roman was his name were great.
