  Regarding service: CHARLES TERAOKA went above and beyond for me. He listened to every need, every concern, and every wish. Charles professionally yet compassionately took care to provide options according to my requests. He knows the business very well, making sure that his team and networks would get on board with helping make sure that I had a positive experience. Charles' honesty, humanity, and authenticity ultimately sold the car! Thank you, Charles! And Enterprise for having associates like him. Give the man a bonus! Regarding the business aspect: Enterprise returned my inquiry email promptly to directly connect me with an Enterprise associate. The online feature allowed me to list exactly what I'm looking for, which helped give the associate an advanced heads-up when we corresponded. Signing pre-approval docs, viewing options, test driving, and signing final docs was a breeze. No attempts to scam or take longer than necessary.

  Whatever you do, do not let them get you a loan from Exeter me being a first time car buyer I feel like I was taken advantage of. I pay 440 a month and only 77 dollars go towards the Principal a month the rest go towards the interest. So in 1 year I’ve paid 5,280 but only 924.00 is towards the principal 4,346 is towards interest. Biggest mistake I ever made and Exeter do not re finance don’t get tricked.

  Starting with the day I inquired online, Saleswoman Kelsie was on top of helping me find a vehicle with my many stipulations and roadblocks, while also staying respecful of my available time. When I walked up the lot I fell in love with a car and Kelsie made the car mine. All of the staff at this location were very friendly to my family, but Kelsie stood out and made the experience 5/5 stars. Thank You

  I can’t emphasize enough how great of an experience I had at the Montclair location my sales rep Kalvin was more than amazing he went above and beyond to get me the best deal and more he was extremely enthusiastic positive and had my dad and I laughing he also answered all of my questions made us feel extremely comfortable and we left with a vehicle! 10 out of 10 I recommend this location and staff!
