Do not spend your money on Valley BMW Modesto . Recently purchased a used vehicle for $40000 + $3800 on a PLATINUM extended warranty coverage that is not worth $1 . My vehicle was taken to my nearest dealership by their advice for repairs. well, it turns to be $965 dollars repair which BMW extended warranty only covered for 40% of the total repair tag. Don't waste your time trying to get a hold of any manager at Valley BMW . It took me all day to get to talk to the wrong person department so, It would cost me over $550 out of pocket for the repair. It is not worth the purchase of this extended warranty at all. They just lost a sale on my 3rd vehicle I am about to buy in a few more weeks. Bad experience at Valley BMW Modesto.

Very unprofessional from the start. Ken the Used Car Manager GM will not allow me purchase a vehicle with a cashier check from my approval my bank gave me 2 days he said without running " my hard credit". I will not work with shady dealerships that has "fixed" the curb rashed rims but look very unprofessional finished and the other 3 rims left with curb rash marks all over were not fixed, left the window down on the RS3 over night as I looked on Wednesday and came back to talk to someone Thursday no one cared to roll it up ethier. A used car may have defects but it shouldnt take a customer to point them out, for a dealership to actually fix them. Clear damage on the front bumper, cracked front windshield, driver door has clear damage but not reported on carfax little weird, damage on rear bumper, 3 out of 4 rims all have been curbed and thats only what I quickly glanced at I can gurantee there is a lot more hidden damage.
My 2019 RS3 paid $42500 2 months ago clean title with a very strong service history only from Audi and had less than 40k so charging the same price as well for a 2017 rs3 with almost 60k miles and a accident on carfax when there 2 for sale with no accidents very strong service history and carfax with less than 31k miles and within 70 miles of this dealership. Ken still wants $45k for a car worth maybe $35k max. I understand helping some getting into a BMW on a trade but not willing to budge a dollar on a car that is not worth no where near the condtion and the miles it has. Have fun selling this car and thank you for my second rs3 purchase a easier decision with going with a dealership that wants to take care of there customers.
If you have an approval with my own bank. Dont go to this dealership as they still need to run your credit even though you went through my lender and already ran my credit. What a joke of a dealership

I have been shopping for a new car for my daughter for a couple of weeks. I was contacted by Daniel Bitar and proceeded to have the absolute best car buying experience ever. He was honest, helpful, engaging, and caring. I hope the company realizes what a STAR they have and rewards him for representing the company in the manner he does. It didn’t stop with Daniel. I was then helped with financing by Mayra who also made a lasting impression with her great personality. Kudos to both extraordinary employees! I’ll be back and will be recommending Valley BMW to everyone looking for a vehicle!

Valley BMW Service did an incredible job of what could have been a stressful situation with my 2026 BMW X5. During it's time at the dealership, a vendor accidentally backed into it, damaging parts of the front fascia and headlight.
I worked with the service manager Steve Varni, and the process was superb from start to finish. He provided me with an X5 loaner vehicle so my daily routine wasn’t interrupted, and the repair work was exceptional as the new front fascia panel and headlight were replaced with new ones.
In addition, what set this experience apart was the attention to detail regarding my car’s aftermarket protection. They coordinated the re-application of the PPF and ceramic coating with Ceramic Garage, ensuring the car was returned to its original state. Somehow it came out looking even better than before with a quick one week turn around!
Thank you Steve and the service staff for the top notch work!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
TL;DR: Sold me a car with undisclosed damage, did a poor repair, caused new damage, then ignored me. Extremely frustrating experience. I regret trusting this dealership.
I purchased a vehicle from Valley BMW and was never informed of any issues—minor or otherwise. Later, when I had paint protection film (PPF) installed on the front end, it was discovered that the front bumper had previously been repainted. The paint began peeling during installation, revealing prior work that had not been disclosed.
I attempted for months to bring the car back for evaluation. Due to the holidays, I agreed to delay, but when I returned four months later for my scheduled appointment, I was told I was not on their schedule. To their credit, they did try to address the issue that day, but only after significant push back from the car salesman, Ryan and the used car sales manager, Ken. They eventually reviewed the vehicle’s history and acknowledged that the bumper had indeed been repainted.
They brought in a representative from their third-party body shop to inspect the car. The experience was beyond frustrating —the representative spent considerable time trying to convince me that repainting wasn’t necessary, making questionable claims (including that PPF is “permanent,” which is not accurate). It felt like an attempt to avoid taking responsibility for the original workmanship.
Eventually, they agreed to repaint the bumper. However, when I picked up the car, I noticed a new crack that had not been there before. I immediately informed my service advisor, Kam, who told me to email him instead of inspecting the issue in person. I sat in my car and emailed him immediately and allowed ample time for a response but never heard back. I then attempted to escalate the issue to the manager, Steve, and again received no response.
While the crack is on the underside of the bumper and thankfully not highly visible, at this point it’s about principle and accountability—both of which seem to be lacking here.
This was a very disappointing experience. I expected a higher level of transparency and customer service, especially from a BMW dealership, but instead it felt like dealing with a much less reputable operation. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.
