After servicing my vehicle, my car began having problems that it did not have before. My car was running fine before this and after it had a massive leak. I had a mechanic look at it and he stated Valvoline put in an oil saver that messed up my oil pan completely. I brought this to their attention and was told to file a claim. Valvoline stated that they would conduct another inspection as part of the claims process. However, without ever performing that inspection or contacting me for follow-up, they simply denied my claim. There was no transparency, no explanation, and no opportunity to actually have the issue evaluated. This feels extremely unprofessional and dishonest. If something goes wrong after their service, don't expect them to stand behind their work. I trusted them with my car, and when there was a problem, they completely dismissed it. I would not recommend Valvoline based on my experience.

Either they didnt know what they were looking for or they were trying to take advantage of customers lack of knowledge of vehicles and sell extra services before they were needed.

It was an emergency and I did not have time to change the oil myself. Valvoline had me in and out within 20 min or less. They were even able to air my tires and top off my fluids for free. And then Ethan, the mechanic, gave me some advice on my oil levels in my car. The entire team was always in communication with each other too. Made me feel like I was in good hands.
