- CCCory ChartrandDec 14, 20191.0All four parking places next to the chargers were filled with non EV cars or cars not using the chargers. The mall does not police or manage this at all and mall security is nowhere to be found and when they are found, they don’t care. I don’t see how EvGo makes any money on these, when the spaces are always occupied by non-charging vehicles.
