  I like AutoZone but this time I’m not happy with their customer service. Went in to return a couple wrenches I purchased at the Prescott location, the FLA said I needed a receipt, I said it’s in my account, then she said I needed to go to Prescott because they don’t have access to see the purchases from other locations, that’s BS, but I wasn’t going to make a drama at the store, so I left, but I think it’s very unprofessional to lie to customers and refuse to help with a refund. I’m a long long time customer

  Very poor customer service at this AutoZone. Kevin Carrasco, the Parts Sales Manager, was unprofessional and unhelpful. He didn’t explain things clearly and showed little interest in assisting customers. Definitely not the experience I expected.”

  Always a good store to find any parts rhat are related to any to any type of car, but be sure to knkw the part or part number that tou need, ao they dont have to search all day looking for a part you need. They also have a varity of cleaners, and scent trees, decals , or what ever you like to dress your car with. The staff is pretty knowledgeable, and helpful, when assisting your needs. If you prefer to call the store, some stores may be short of staff. They may not answer your call right away.
