  I've used Enterprise at various locations, and this particular location is a little small at first glance but they are fully stocked with the vehicles I tend to rent. Super clean vehicles, in great condition. Staff is attentive and doesn't rush you, they genuinely care about your experience.

  Charged me $1303 without my consent and sent me the receipt despite not being told about the charge with it saying that the charge was authorized with a “signature”. Being wrongfully charged $1303 is an insane experience and I will never be renting through Enterprise ever again after this horrible experience! Also had to wait hours during the pickup situation (I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) and waited hours during the drop off return!

  This is by far the BEST Enterprise location and i’ve rented my fair share of cars. Robert & Owen are incredibly helpful and competent. I would t rent a car from anywhere or anyone else ever again. 100/10 recommendation for this location and their staff.

  Went through insurance with a $50/day coverage yet they still gave me a car that was over that value. I even asked originally what the costs would be and they said I would just have to pay the taxes. After charging me additional besides the taxes I questioned it and they were dismissive and said nothing could be done because the vehicle was more expensive than the $50 allowance. Furthermore, they claimed the car came with 10 gallons less than full gas even though I know for certain I filled up the tank right before going to return the vehicle. Even though they either messed up or tried to add extra charges to me hoping I wouldnt notice, they acted like it was an error on my end and reluctantly reinbursed me. I can't understand how an error like that could happen. I understand, I slipped up by not double checking the car was under the $50 after they gave it to me but all discussion prior made it seem that was the case. It feels like they were trying to pull a fast one on me and give me a higher priced car despite knowing my insurance allowance.

  Your agents at this Enterprise mission viejo Fabricante location were very friendly and accomidating ...from the monent i called and walked up till when I returned the car the agent was super welcoming friendly and accomidating they worked hard to proccess mine and others get on the road timing vehicle was very clean..I was showed the way to use ie ac etc.
