  Propreté globale insuffisante, autour de la zone boisson café, beaucoup d'articles manquants, comptoir sale, pots vides,beaucoup d'attente pour les douches (1:30) douche propre mais plomberie défectueuse, pas de pression d'eau, les serviettes de douche sentent mauvais , comme si elles étaient lavées sans savon ni adoucissant....

  Shower line moved unbelievably slowly. I booked my shower at 3am and was first in line but I still waited 1.5 hours for an available shower. The reviewer below me pointed out correctly, it's not because the showers are occupied but because the staff literally leaves all 11 shower rooms uncleaned and unusable. Very disrespectful to the drivers, I will not fuel at this location anymore

  I dont normally write reviews for anything, but the customer service i received here was horrible. Got free truck parking through my points, and the older lady running the checkout counter was questioning me as if I was trying to steal free parking, asking how much it costed when i kept telling her it was free through my points. Then treated me like I was an idiot because my free parking auto selected semi parking when I wanted bobtail and refused to listen when I told her I didnt select anything it just auto selected it for me. Parking here is terrible as well, constantly full all day long no matter what time. Showers dont get cleaned properly at all, they dont bother mopping or sweeping just throw new towels into the room. Don't bother coming here unless it's your last resort.

  After my last review it got WORSE !! Called the Better Business Bureau on them to get investigated.. they don't even have corporates or anybody higher than manager's number.. they one they gave me was fake and when I called, they said that's the only number they have lmao well they need better communication or something.. horrible staff that just stands around with self checkouts and a 'i hate my job' manager named Michelle, who can't even do her job it seems.. pathetic business

  This place is not the best for truckers; it's super packed all the time. On April 6th, I went in to take a shower, and there was no soap. I waited 10 minutes, thinking I would at least see maintenance, but they never came. I ended up having to go upfront to ask for help. I radioed maintenance and waited another 10 minutes, but still no one came to help. I then asked the manager for help and ended up getting help from a guy named "Chop." This man was very unprofessional, looked like he had just gotten done with a smoke session. When asked about the soap, he said, "Nah, we're out." I looked at him and said, "Man, I gotta get clean, bro. Can you just take some soap from another shower?" He said, "Can't," but we argued for a second. Then he was like, "Okay, I'll do it for you this one time." He proceeded to get the soap from another restroom. He then tried to hand it to me so I could install it myself, and he looked mad at me when I told him I didn't know what to do with it. Also, there was hair on the floor and it smelt like mildew.
