With around 200,000 miles on the car, I expected the oil service to cost about $57. While I waited in the office, an employee named Meanwhile approached me, briefly mentioned additional services, and took my signature without clearly discussing the costs. I assumed these services were included in the oil change. However, when I received the final bill, it exceeded $500, leaving me in shock. I spoke to the owner about the situation, but he simply pointed out that I had signed the paperwork, offering no further assistance.

I was quoted $100 for the synthetic oil change but was charged $137, they said they only cover the first 5 quarts of oil and I had to cover the additional quart and a half I’m surprised they’re still in business. The only reason I gave them three stars is because they were quick, just like their name.
