- FLFae LeDawsonApr 22, 20253.0One of the 50 kW chargers and the level 2 charger aren't working. The other 50 kW charger worked just fine with my Mach-E, and although tap-to-pay didn't work, my chip credit card was accepted. The cable is quite long and reached to the far side of the next parking spot (my charging port is just behind the front wheel). Prices are a whopping $1/kWh, but I guess that's the price of convenience. I was confused because a bZ4x was plugged into the working charger, but it wasn't charging nor idling. I can only assume they wanted to take the parking spot without paying? The chargers are located on the mall side of the parking structure, near the middle row.
- WLW LSep 16, 20181.0The free charger does not report correctly to the app. You won't know if the connected car is full or not, so people often disconnect your car because they think it's done charging. Quite frustrating to leave the car there for hours, only to find out someone unplugged your charger 5min after you started.
